Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us with their order ID and registered contact details.
2. Order Cancellation by Metromandi Enterprises
Metromandi Enterprises reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Pricing or listing errors
Payment failure or incomplete payment
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Request Process

4. Non-Cancellable Orders
